Occasionally folks need various forms from the parish. While they are generally posted next to the item they pertain to, sometimes it's easier just to look at a list. This list will probably grow in the future.

For all non-parish groups wanting to use a space we need one of these on file each year
We need one of these any time we do a reimbursement, or if we have to send someone money from a parish account outside of normal bills
